A Collaborative Benchmark Study

The project brings together CureAge, Dr. Josh Hersheson (NF1 clinical lead, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust), Nerve Tumours UK, and the Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult to test whether CureAge's prototype can outperform MEK inhibitors on safety and tumor reduction in an animal model.

"This project is an important step in generating the head-to-head evidence our field needs to move the first genetic therapy for NF1 closer to the clinic." ย Dr. Gonzalo Fernรกndez-Miranda, CEO and co-founder of CureAge Therapeutics.
